This Policy applies to misapuntes.co, its public pages, and the app.misapuntes.co platform.

It covers uploaded notes, photos, files, AI conversations, generated quizzes, flashcards, study artifacts, shared links, subject/date metadata, technical logs, and support communications.

We may process account data, email, name, credentials, subjects or notebooks, uploaded notes, photos, files, AI conversations, generated artifacts, share links, date and subject metadata, technical data, security logs, and support messages.

We do not seek to collect sensitive data. If a user voluntarily includes it in notes or conversations, it is processed only to provide the service.

4) Purposes

We use data to operate accounts, organize notes by date and subject, generate explanations, quizzes, flashcards and guided research, enable sharing, provide support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use data for behavioral advertising and we do not sell personal information.

5) AI providers

To answer questions or create study materials, we may send relevant parts of notes, files, messages, and context to language model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or compatible providers.

misapuntes.co does not use your data to train its own models. When a provider offers usage or retention controls, we seek to use them according to availability and contract terms.

6) Minors

Students may use the platform. If the user is a minor, use should happen with authorization or supervision from a parent, legal guardian, or educational institution as applicable.
